The customer’s
progress comes first.
A signup, a click, or a completed form is a step. The real question is whether the person got something useful from it.
I’m Ashley Kays. My work connects experience strategy, product, marketing, and hands-on AI-assisted delivery. I care about what happens between the promise a business makes and the value a customer actually receives.
Outcome Driven is where those disciplines meet: practical ways to understand a journey, remove friction, and make the next decision more useful.
Let’s look at your journey
A signup, a click, or a completed form is a step. The real question is whether the person got something useful from it.
We separate what is observed, reported, hypothesized, and measured. Interesting patterns are invitations to test—not guarantees.
Use it to help organize, prototype, and draft. Keep human judgment, source checking, and customer trust in the process.
My background spans enterprise experience design, product leadership, marketing, growth, and teaching. I bring strategic work and hands-on making together: research, journey mapping, prototyping, messaging, experimentation, and implementation.
That means looking beyond the campaign or the screen. What did the customer expect? What did they encounter? Where did the handoff break? What would help them move forward?
You will find original guides, clearly labeled illustrative teardowns, and working templates—not a library of unexplained success formulas. The aim is to leave you with a better question, a clearer plan, or a next step worth testing.
Start with a guide, use a worksheet with your team, or request a focused diagnostic. Better marketing and a better customer experience belong in the same conversation.
