SELECTED WORK · ASHLEY KAYS RABBITT

Experience that connects
the promise to the outcome.

Two examples from Ashley’s published portfolio: building a learning-product ecosystem and designing conversational banking workflows. Different contexts, with a shared concern for what people can accomplish.

FOUNDER-LED PRODUCT · CODETEACHERS

From individual classes to connected learning pathways.

The challenge: learners needed a path toward useful skills, while parents and employers needed clearer outcomes. Selling separate courses did not fully address that journey.

The work: Ashley developed a product approach connecting program discovery, enrollment, onboarding, learning, practice, completion, and continued study. Curriculum, platform experience, operations, and marketing were treated as parts of the same system.

Why it matters: changing acquisition alone cannot resolve a learning journey. The experience after enrollment influences whether the original promise becomes useful.

This is Ashley's own education venture. The full portfolio case includes the reported results and broader program context.

ENTERPRISE EXPERIENCE DESIGN · NCR ASK KAI

Make conversation part of completing the banking task.

The challenge: help customers find and complete banking actions through conversation while preserving the connection to the underlying product.

The work: the published case describes Ashley's conversational UX approach: customer intent, the relevant banking capability, action, confirmation, and an appropriate next step. Shared design patterns supported different brand contexts.

Why it matters: an AI interface needs to help someone do the task, with attention to trust, accuracy, accessibility, technical constraints, and human assistance.

This is enterprise portfolio work. It is not a Growth Fix engagement or a claim of a measured activation increase.

Apply the thinking to one journey.

Your product has its own audience, constraints, and evidence. A focused engagement starts by understanding those conditions, then choosing a feasible improvement and a way to evaluate it.
