Define the first successful result

State what “it worked” looks like for the buyer in observable terms, such as a first drinkable cup, and the time it normally takes. Confirm with a few recent buyers rather than guessing.

Time messages to use, not to shipping

Anchor messages to delivery and first-use events where possible. A message that arrives before the box does, or long after the customer has given up, cannot help.

Keep the sequence short and make each message useful on its own.

Ask for feedback when it can be given

Invite a review after the customer has had a real chance to use the product, and offer a different path for people having trouble. Track problems you hear and route them to the team that can fix them.

What remains unknown

No real post-purchase data, baseline, or return-rate change has been measured here. The proposed sequence is a hypothesis to test.
